Heritage Tanks

Heritage Tanks of Australia  offer a complete range of modular water storage tanks made of corrugated & bolted BlueScope Zincalume steel panels. Both the tank shell and the roof are constructed from zincalume steel panels which has  excellent anti- corrosion properties and provide the tank with long service  life .  Heritage Tanks  are Engineer designed and built  according with  all relevant Australian Standards  and certified to withstand the severest of conditions. Heritage Tanks are custom made and is built in  circular rings  from  identical  bolted Zincalume steel panals joined  together  using  high tensile hot dipped galvanized flanged  bolts & nuts with  enclosed  bolt  caps .

Heritage Tank  is lined from the inside with a special one-piece, leak proof,  factory  tailored  0.75 mm  thick  food  grade and  algae  resistant (EVA) liner. Various liner materials are used depending on application .

The  liner  is  approved  by  The   National  Australian  Testing Authority  for storage of drinking water.  The liner can be also utilized as an economical means of repairing cracked concrete tanks. The liner is full height, with adequate overlap and secured on the top edge of the tank using special pvc bedding with self-taping tek-screws.  Heritage Tanks  are supplied in a kit-form for easy handling and quick site assembly . This feature alone offers many advantages including: cheaper freight and handling costs, quick and easy site assembly at inaccessible areas and easy relocation should the need arise . The modular design concept makes the tank versatile. This  is a major feature allow the diameter and  the height to be decreased or increased in a certain increament so that the tank can fit to suit space requirements.

Heritage Tanks are circular in shape and their sizes range from 10,000 to 500,000 Imp - Gal. The tanks are supplied in standard Zincalume finish or in colorbond in order to provide extra  protection  against corrosion  and  to match with the surroundings to enhance the landscape.

To ensure that the stored water will remain free of dust and insects  a presstite filler will be installed between the corrugated roof and the top edge of the tank. This filler forms a tight seal, which prevents any invasion of foreign materials .

Heritage Tanks are equipped with variety of accessories such as outlets, inlets, overflows, vortex inhibitors, diffusers, valves of different sizes to suit clients requirements, industrial ladders, manholes, level indicators and ventilators.

Liners: Factory tailored liners can be supplied to suit  leaking tanks whether it is steel or concrete to extend the life span of the these tanks.
