Polyethylene Tanks
Our water tanks are made from polyethylene . They are rated for storage of potable water and approved by international and local health authorities. The tanks are manufactured in three layers (white-black-white) wall thickness : 11mm or in four layers (white-black-foam clear-white) wall thickness : 15mm for insulated tanks. They are supplied in two versions vertical and horizontal with capacities up to 5000 U.S Gallons and 1250 U.S Gallons respectively.
The three layers construction will be as follows :
1st Layer : (White colour) UV stabilized polyethylene with food grade master batch. The batch used is of high quality, filler free and has a titanium concentration of 75%, 2nd Layer : (Black colour), this layer prevents formation of fungus & bacterial growth. In addition to the UV stabilizer added to the raw material, the black colour acts naturally as an additional UV stabilizer and food grade colour.

The four layers construction will be as follows :
In the four layer construction an extra layer of (Polyethylene foam yellow color) will be added to provide thermal insulation and improve the stiffness. The tanks are one-piece molded without any joints, they are stress resistant and can be produced in colors to suit your needs. The Polyethylene tanks have proven to be a winner with total corrosion resistance and durable impact resistance for long life.
